REVA Medical, LLC is a medical device company headquartered in San Diego, California that specializes in advanced bioresorbable polymer technologies for vascular applications. Founded in 1998, the company’s mission is to restore patient health by integrating innovative biomaterials into implantable medical devices that support healing and then safely resorb from the body.

REVA is known for its proprietary Tyrocore® bioresorbable polycarbonate polymer platform, which is engineered for high mechanical strength, intrinsic radiopacity, and controlled degradation tailored to clinical needs. Tyrocore is used in products like:
