Designed to teach the fundamentals of creating and implanting a physician modified FEVAR and BEVAR on your own. In addition to the indication and assessment of which type and number of modifications are necessary, the technique of measuring a CT angiography will be demonstrated and practised on practical examples.

- Theoretical part with discussion (60 min incl. discussion)
- History and indication of physician-modified stent-grafts (8 min)
- What material is needed (12 min)
- Technique to create fenestrations and branches and the re-sheathing of the stent graft (15 min)
- Which stent-grafts to use and their advantages and disadvantages (8 min)
- Special modifications (laser fenestration, aortic arch, candy plug) (7 min)
- How to correctly measure a CT for planning a physician-modified stent graft (30 min)
- Hands-on workshop with live demonstration of how to make a fenestrated or fenestrated physician-modified stent graft (60 min)
