About CX

The Charing Cross Symposium (CX) first took place in 1978 at Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith, London, and has gone on to become the leading global vascular symposium.

London (UK) has been the host city of CX ever since. The symposium, born out of the Charing Cross Hospital, has subsequently grown to Imperial College, Olympia London’s National Hall, Olympia London’s Grand Hall and most recently the ExCel, London in a hybrid event format.

Our mission

Education, Innovation and Evidence are CX’s core values. The programmes are created to showcase all aspects of care from selection to investigation, diagnosis, techniques, technologies and fruitful debate. Emphasis on interaction with a world-class faculty and an expert audience is a key aspect of the CX style.
